If your company needs permanent set of skills and capacities, we can offer our personnel that acts regularly as your private employees: programmers, supporters, testers, etc. Every employee is billed at a fixed price per month depending on qualifications. The price covers all expenses for salaries, taxes, facilities, hardware, internet, recruitment, administration, etc. The customer can freely use their time and skills, but should be aware that freedom also involves responsibility for daily management and final results.

Requirements:

A reasonably permanent development need, time and desire to collaborate in the day-to-day management, good English skills.

Target Groups:

IT companies, that develop standard solutions. IT departments, that maintain large websites.

Slightly higher hour rates, but involving no risk

If your company has a thoroughly specified project, we would rather propose solving the task at a fixed price and time. We can help you to complete the specification if necessary. Your needs may be varied in terms of capacity and skills, so we will set a team with relevant skills.

Requirements:

Provided that the specification is detailed enough, we can estimate the project duration. If it is a larger project, it is preferable to split it in stages. It should be noted, though, that further changes and additions will require extra time and costs.

Project oriented web and advertising agencies. Companies with a big and well-specified web project.
